Newell Construction was founded by college friends Luke Newell, Andy Park, and Forrest Eleazer. Three guys who worked in construction long enough to know what was missing in the industry.
After years at other construction and development firms, they had a vision: build a company that valued people as much as projects. Not just the clients, but the employees, the subcontractors, the communities we serve.
That vision became Newell Construction, a privately owned construction company and sister company with Park & Eleazer Construction.
Based in Vestavia, Alabama, we operate throughout the Southeast and beyond, specializing in commercial, industrial, Design-Build, and energy construction. We're licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, and soon Georgia. But at our core, we're still driven by the same principle that started it all: do great work, treat people right, and leave things better than we found them.

Experience That Matters
Before founding Newell Construction, Luke worked with some of the biggest names in industrial, automotive, and commercial construction. Delivering projects for companies like Mercedes, GSK, Hyundai, Valspar, Southern Company, University of Alabama, and dozens more.
He's built everything from 1,000,000 sf industrial facilities to automotive stamping plants to clean pharmaceutical clean rooms to complex renovations to ground-up commercial developments. That depth of experience is what allows Newell Construction to tackle diverse projects with confidence and expertise.
